The service

Splitmama, operated by LouKri AI Inc, is an expense-tracking tool for groups. It records who paid what and who owes whom. Splitmama is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor and never holds, moves, or processes funds. Any payments happen directly between you and your friends through third-party services, under those services' own terms.

Your content

You own the expense data and receipts you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display them to your group. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you lack rights to.

Balances are informational

Balances, debt simplification, and AI-parsed expenses are provided as-is to help your group keep track. They are not legal or financial advice, and AI output can contain mistakes — always review the editable confirmation before saving.

Acceptable use

No abusive automation, no attempts to access other groups' data, no use of the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LouKri AI Inc is not liable for indirect damages or for disputes between group members about money.
